We are super happy and thankful that our services were used so heavily during the last weeks. We were excited about how many signups we've had in the previous weeks. Although we are growing and continuously improving our processes, we weren't able to set it up to the higher demand.

More signups caused more individual support touchpoints. Our experts have experienced many different requests and complex situations, and we were always able to find a solution to get our customers covered. We'll keep this promise and also continue including the difficult situations!
Another valid point is that internationals and expats also have alternatives - and like every company, we want to stand out and have our unique selling point. We continue being an insurance broker and will compare many options for you - so you don't have to. Especially for English-speaking folks, we will stand out through an insurance service that is natively in English and support you in case of claims or when it gets more complicated.

We are planning to be back on October 9th. Our main goal is to structure our internal processes, update our knowledge base, and set up a new system so that our future customers always know what is going on and can expect an answer or result quickly.
Of course, we will continue our muffin service for all existing customers! We are still in the chat and there for you in case of an emergency or if you have questions about your insurance contracts. We only stop new signups until then to focus on the product.
